Welcoming Your Furry Friends with Care

Our resort is pet-friendly

For the health and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that you provide a vaccination certificate when making a reservation, along with details of your pet’s last vaccination date. Pets should be vaccinated with the following:

  • Anti-Rabies
  • Cough & Cold
  • Combined Vaccination
  • Canine Distemper Virus
  • Rabies
  • Deworming

Pet Fees and Deposits:
Guests bringing pets will incur a one-time pet fee upon check-in as listed below:

  • BRAHMAS’S Resort & Water Park: INR 10,000 + Taxes per stay
  • Global Hotels: INR 5,000 + Taxes per stay

A refundable pet deposit may also be required to cover any potential damages caused during the stay.

Pet Size and Breed Restrictions:
Only well-behaved pets of certain sizes (up to 10kg) and breeds are allowed in guest rooms. Guests must inquire about specific breed restrictions before booking. Eligible breeds include:

  • Pekingese
  • Bichon Frise
  • Pug
  • Lhasa Apso
  • Maltese
  • Shih Tzu
  • Japanese Chin
  • Pomeranian
  • Labrador
  • Golden Retriever

Pet Amenities:
We provide pet-friendly amenities upon request, including pet cages, beds, food bowls, and waste disposal bags in guest rooms.

Housekeeping Service:
Housekeeping will only enter guest rooms when pets are not present unless requested by the guest. Guests are responsible for managing their pets during housekeeping visits.

Noise and Disturbances:
Pets should not create excessive noise or disturb other guests. Any disruptive behavior may lead to the guest being asked to leave.

Public Areas:

  • Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times in public areas.
  • Cleanup Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets using the waste disposal stations located throughout the resort.
  • Designated Walking Areas: Please use the clearly marked pet walking areas for your pet’s exercise and bathroom breaks.
  • Pet Interaction: Ensure your pet does not interact with other guests or their pets without permission.
  • Safety Precautions: Never leave pets unattended in public areas and ensure their safety at all times.

Dining Areas:

  • Outdoor Dining Only: Pets are allowed in outdoor dining areas but not in indoor dining facilities.
  • Table Etiquette: Pets must remain on the floor and under control at all times during meals.
  • Respect for Other Diners: Keep your pets quiet and well-behaved, ensuring no disturbances for other diners.
  • Cleanup Responsibility: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in dining areas.

  • Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
  • Respect other guests by keeping your pet quiet and well-behaved.
  • Inquire about pet amenities and restrictions before booking your stay.
  • Supervise your pet at all times for their safety and well-being.

Don’ts:

  • Don’t allow your pet to disturb other guests.
  • Don’t leave your pet unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
  • Don’t allow pets in indoor dining areas or restricted areas.
  • Don’t neglect to follow pet policies, including leash requirements and cleanup responsibilities.
  • Don’t assume all resort areas are pet-friendly without confirmation.
